to President Bashar al-Assad's Syria, Bouthaina Shaaban said, Syria is ready to
open lines of communication with the United States (us). He added that it was a
good sign to move on. Shabaan said there has been no secret talks with the
United States but expressed the readiness of Syria to open channels of
communication with Washington. He also expressed the hope that the Government
of us President elected, Donald Trump, will be balanced and sensible.
"We
are observing and studying and we don't make any judgments now, but so far the
signs are good enough," said Shaaban was quoted as saying from the page
